I’m drunk on links! Here’s some of the best news, tips, and resources I’ve stumbled over over the past few days ya all need to check out!

You got to think outside the box kids, and sometimes that means licensing your music as an alternative to just selling it; learn more from a company that does just that at BMI.com.

I recently found Jody Gnant’s site and has to say it’s very well done; notice there’s no flash, no crap? I’ll be doing a post shortly on why her site is awesome; in the meantime, you try to figure it out yourself to see if you’ve learned anything.

For those who are tackling their own web site, here’s yet another list of web design resources for you to help get the job done.

While checking out a pornstar’s MySpace page(don’t act like you’re never curious) page, I discovered MyBridget; you can learn a lot about self promo from the strangest places!

Eventful is an awesome way to keep track of your upcoming events, or, better yet, for others to keep track of yours.

Pay attention to this list of free music sites, because you’re going to need to be there so you’re music gets heard!

Yet another social spot for you to upload and sell your music; Tuneshout looks a little redundant, but promising at the same time. Think of all these networks as different radio stations for you to get your music on.

Finally this is for all you kids out there who are scared about copyright issues; I’ve talked about copyrights and intellectual property in the past, but everyone always seems to get there panties in a bunch when it comes down to actually answering the question. Get the official copyright so you can sleep better at night.
