Pearl Jam - Corduroy

I can never tired of this Pearl Jam classic. Whether it’s from Vitalogy or at a concert, this song rocks.

I read that Corduroy was about Eddie dealing with fame. This was a response to stores charging huge amounts of cash for corduroy jackets after Eddie helped make corduroy jackets “in”. I always thought it was about a relationship, but that’s the beauty of music.

We can always interpret it any way we want.
