Over the weekend there was a lot of talk about a Sony BMG press release. In a nutshell, Sony BMG told any up-and-coming musicians to not send them any more demo tapes, ’cause there not going to listen to them. Instead, they’re telling artists to start a blog and start adding content in order to draw traffic to their site. Then out your music online and start building a fan base. Once you got a certain number of visitors to you’re site, then you can start talking about record deals.

If you’ve never heard this live version (or the entire MTV Unplugged album they did), then shame on you. The harmonics during this acoustic version of “Got Me Wrong” are way better than the album version.
