It just drives me nuts. That is, thinking about the potential the Internet has in shaping our lives. Take this kid for example. He can’t be any older than 12-13, and he’s on YouTube already shredding his guitar in front of millions of people.

Is he in it for fame? For money? Probably not. He’s in it because he has a passion and a talent, and he wants to share that with the world. If he keeps at it, he’s bound to have a wonderful future waiting for him when he’s ready for it.

Who knows? Twenty years from now we may look back at this video and realize that we got to see first hand the growth of a talented musician. Tomorrow some fantastic drummer might watch his video and contact this dude to start a band, perhaps the Guns and Roses of the future.

If you have something you love doing, and want to maybe make a career out of it, then get off your ass and share it with the world. It’s never to early to start.
