I’m not writing this resume because I’m necessarily looking for a job; however, I am seeking an opportunity. If it makes sense to me, then I’ll take it.

I’m looking for an opportunity to flex my internet marketing muscles. I feel as if I’ve been in the gym training for the past three years, and that I’m strong enough to get out on the field and play ball with the pros.

You won’t find some cheesy Microsoft Word template here, or a bulleted list of things I really didn’t learn but just thought I did at my last job. Instead you’ll hear the grunts of reading too many blog posts and taste the sweat of all night website makeovers.

In addition to posting here, I plan on sending this resume to many in the Internet marketing industry. My hope is that someone will realize the potential and talent I possess and act on this opportunity before the competition does.

Objective

The online media industry is changing the marketing and advertising business. It is an exciting time to be involved, and I want to be part of that excitement. After spending the past three and a half years studying the Internet marketing world, learning the techniques, starting my own projects, and teaching others about the business and it’s impact on society, I’m looking for something special. An opportunity to partner with a group of ambitious individuals like myself who together can push forward and become an integral part of this thing we call the online experience.

My Past

I was always a good kid with an even better head on my shoulders. I could’ve been a smarty pants in high school, but that just bored me. I dropped out of college at 6 weeks. I knew my destiny was in something far greater than what everybody else was doing, and was determined to find out what that was. I was young and broke as a joke, which would obviously be a huge motivation for me.

As I jumped from sales job to sales job, and waited on table after table, I started to realize that it wasn’t money I was after. It’s what I did everyday that would put a smile on my face. I wanted to own my own business, that much had been apparent, but I didn’t want that business to own me.

The Internet

It started out as another failed business opportunity; an e-commerce site idea that looked great on paper, but was boring and just didn’t fit my style. The techniques I learned, and would continue to learn over the next three years, are what caught my fancy. I realized that I now had the foundation to take any business idea and make that dream a reality because of the power of the Internet. So I made it my career, which brings us to the present.

I am currently the sole owner of Evolvor Media, and Internet Marketing & Web Development firm. Currently, I have about 10 different websites under development in my blog network; the first, http://www.cureforwhatalesyou.com, is already off and running and am excited to see the others online very soon.
