From Andy Beal: Click Z reports on a Lexis Nexis Survey that the majority of people turn to television news programs instead of blogs. Of course they do. Does anybody read a blog that focuses solely on breaking news? No, because we have CNN, that’s what they do. What people do use blogs for is to find out different points of view after that news is out and more facts are learned. Until the internet and my TV become one, CNN will always be more convenient to get breaking news from than from a website. However, when I want breaking news about something other than politics, war, murder, or Terrell Owens, where will I turn to?
